brought football back to baltimore. 11 news sunday morning starts right now. >> welcome to the sunday news. our top stories in a moment. first what a day it was yesterday, weather wise. >> we had some very strong storms through the area. even a few reports of severe weather, whether it be in montgomery, washington county, frederick county, also possible funnel reported by an officer near sandy point. so possibly there was a funnel near the area. nonetheless, we did have some strong storms that brought down some trees. as we look at hd doppler, we can see that front finally moving off shore. rain showers still left along the lower eastern shore including rain right now in ocean city, but it has cleared out as you look across southern maryland, baltimore, even in the western start of the state. this is all changing now as we get throughout the day. that front is heading off shore. we are looking for beautiful conditions. currently around 60 degrees. we're moving for high temperatures up near 80. you're gonna wake up to clouds and a few showers across the lower eastern shore. and cooling skie

. we will talk more about the forecasts going into the weekend in a few minutes. >> a baltimore city police are investigating two separate shootings were the victims are women. the most recent case happened just after 9:00 in the 400 block of south agusta ave. police say the victim, and 18- year-old woman, was found inside a car with a gunshot wound to the head. south baltimore, police looking for three men in connection with the shooting of a 39 -- 35-year old woman in chair real. we are told she is expected to survive. a four-year old boy is recovering after police say he was shot by his father during a domestic dispute. investigators say the 26-year- old also shot his girlfriend, the boy's mother. we are told it all stems from an argument that turned violent when ford pulled out a gun and shot the couple's son. >> the fact that, first of all, the child was subjected to seeing this alleged abuse and in fact the child was struck, a true tragedy. we thank all closed the case quickly and apprehended the suspect. >> the boy's mother was shot multiple times but she and her son are expec

surveillance season ends. -- the investigation continues into a deadly shooting and was baltimore. police say they found a 24-year- old victim with a gunshot wound. he died in shock trauma. only a vague description was given of the suspect, but they saw the shooter toss the weapon at the scene. a walk to take back their streets after a rash of shootings. the murder of 51-year-old peter marvin was the latest incident in the neighborhood. detectives are looking for a pair of suspects and that shooting. given the corporation is key to reducing neighborhood crimes. >> officials say driver error appears to be the blame for the bus crash that sent seven people to area hospitals. the bus was unattended and apart at the depot on thursday morning when it began drifting forward and crashing into the shelter. >> there are a number of procedures that should occur when a bus is stopped. everything from the wheels being turned to a break being set. we are investigating to determine if all of the proper procedures were followed. >> mta officials say if they determine the bus operator is at fault, she could
